I'm Dr. Pariya Kashfi. I work exclusively with high-performing women who are operating below their level — not because of skill gaps, but because of decision patterns that worked at a previous level and don't work at this one.

Why this work exists

The method comes from a problem I had to solve myself.

Three career pivots, including one in my 40s. PhD in technology and design. 20+ years inside Spotify, Volvo, Northvolt, Trustly — environments where high-stakes decisions are made in real time, with incomplete information, under pressure.

Across every one of those environments, I watched the same pattern repeat in high-performing women: undeniable capability, significant results, a role they'd outgrown — and a next move they couldn't seem to commit to.

Not because of a lack of talent. Because of a decision system that was built for a different level — one that needed external validation, waited for permission, needed certainty before moving.

That system got them here. It wouldn't get them to what's next.

I designed this method to install a different one — using the same Design Thinking frameworks I used to build products for millions of users at Spotify, now applied to the decisions that shape your career and your next chapter.
